Human × Reflection × AI

Understand complex thoughts.
Find your own clarity.

ORANA is a human-centred AI reflection application. It guides you through seven connected questions, helps you organise a complex situation and accompanies you towards your own insight and a concrete next step.

ORANA does not prescribe a truth. Questions guide — answers and decisions remain yours.

01 — What is ORANA?

A reflection space between question, perception and action

Many AI systems begin immediately with answers. ORANA begins with a question. It supports people in perceiving, structuring and clarifying a personal, professional or creative situation step by step from their own perspective.

ORANA does not diagnose, impose a truth on a person or decide on their behalf. It creates a structured space in which a person's own answers can become visible.

ORANA means: an invitation to look within. The open O represents a protected space for insight. The two orbits connect inner perception with outer movement. Notice, Ask, and Act remain three parts of the same path.

Do not interpret. Ask. Reflect.

02 — Problem and solution

The problem

More information does not automatically create more clarity

People often face situations in which many thoughts, feelings, expectations and possibilities are active at once. Conventional chatbots quickly provide advice or interpretations. The person's actual question can therefore be overlooked.

ORANA begins earlier: with perception, the right question and the conscious review of one's own answer.

The solution

ORANA guides — the human decides

  1. Questions before premature answers

ORANA opens a traceable reflection path.

  2. A bounded, technically tested question space

The public prototype uses a clearly bounded, approved question set.

  3. No hidden interpretation

ORANA creates neither a diagnosis nor an alleged truth about the person.

  4. A concrete conclusion

The path leads towards personal insight and a possible action.

03 — How ORANA works

Seven reflection bridges. One traceable path.

You first choose a life room and a theme. ORANA then accompanies you through seven reflection bridges. You answer each question first. The next fitting step is then selected from the approved question space. ORANA remains the visible process guide.

  1. 01

    Situation

ORANA opens the view onto what is concretely present.

  2. 02

    Body

ORANA directs attention to perception, reactions and bodily signals.

  3. 03

    Shadow

ORANA helps you consider the less visible or avoided part of the situation.

  4. 04

    Own part

ORANA asks what lies within your own sphere of influence and responsibility.

  5. 05

    Truth

ORANA supports you in naming what is essential for you more clearly.

  6. 06

    Light

ORANA opens the view onto possibility, resources and your own insight.

  7. 07

    Action

ORANA leads towards a concrete next step that you determine yourself.

Questions may guide. The answers, their meaning and the decision remain yours.

04 — The ORANA Matrix

8 rooms. 80 themes. One clear entry.

The ORANA Matrix organises entry into eight life rooms and 80 themes. One approved entry question is available for each theme in the public prototype. The larger private development corpus remains separate.

05 — Light and Shadow Matrix

What is bound in shadow can become movable in light.

The Shadow Matrix directs attention towards places where clarity, direction, or agency are bound. Its questions help you notice tensions, recurring patterns, and connections that have received little attention.

The Light Matrix then opens the view towards resources, fitting possibilities, and the next step that genuinely belongs to you. ORANA does not interpret your answer. You decide what feels true and sustainable for you.

Across the wider system, eight rooms and 80 themes provide the foundation for up to 6,400 curated shadow questions. The public prototype presents a deliberately selected entry into this larger Matrix.

The spiral represents deepening. The surrounding fields represent connected areas of life, themes, and perspectives.

06 — Example path

One possible path through ORANA

“I have several professional possibilities and do not know which decision fits me.”
  1. Perceive the concrete situation.
  2. Notice reactions and tensions.
  3. Ask about the part avoided so far.
  4. Look at one's own influence.
  5. Name what is essential.
  6. Open the view onto existing possibilities.
  7. Formulate one concrete next step.

This example is fictional and contains no personal test data.

07 — Technology

How ORANA uses GPT‑5.6

ORANA is the product and guides the reflection process. GPT‑5.6 is prepared as a server-side extension path. Within this path, the model may only select the most fitting next question from a defined set of approved questions. It may not invent a new question, diagnose, or claim a personal truth.

01

ORANA

  • guides the seven-gate process
  • manages rooms, themes and the bounded question space
  • shows pause and stop options
  • keeps process and user control together
02

GPT‑5.6

  • selects only within predefined questions
  • uses a structured output format
  • creates no new questions or diagnoses
  • is called live only after a successful runtime check
03

The human

  • gives answers
  • decides what they mean
  • may pause, stop or begin again
  • determines insight and next step

08 — The ORANA ecosystem

The Matrix forms the core. Further modules open new paths.

The public prototype demonstrates the complete entry experience. The following extensions connect voice, cards, human support, and professional guidance. Their current status remains visible.

In the prototype

Voice input

You can type an answer or dictate it through the microphone. Speech recognition processing follows your browser and its provider.

Planned

Adaptive question dialogue

The Matrix is intended to select questions even more precisely from the reflection journey and the approved question space.

Concept

ORANA 360° Cards

Visual cards open additional perspectives and may later connect directly with rooms, themes, and questions.

Roadmap

ORANA Nexus

The Nexus describes the invisible connection between human and AI: an almost intuitive interaction within a shared reflection space.

Vision

Professional guidance

Coaches, psychological professionals, therapeutic services, and counselling centres can create suitable human follow-on spaces.

Vision

Multimodal interaction

Voice, text, cards, and visual prompts combine into different paths chosen by the individual.

Two people meet in a calm reflective dialogue surrounded by golden connecting lines.
Vision · Human dialogue

The ORANA Nexus makes the invisible connection visible.

ORANA Nexus names the reflection space in which human and AI interact almost intuitively. The person contributes perception, experience, and the authority to decide. The AI holds the structure, asks questions, and mirrors the person's own answers.

This creates a shared space for thought and perception in which human and AI, in a sense, merge through their interaction. The human remains the source of personal truth and determines the pace, depth, and direction.

The golden lines in the image represent this invisible exchange: impulses, questions, and answers connect into a dialogue that makes personal clarity visible and the next individual step tangible.

09 — ORANA 360° Human Intelligence GPT

Explore ORANA further

The optional Companion GPT explains the philosophy, origin, and long-term 360° vision of ORANA. “Human Intelligence” means that AI does not prescribe a ready-made truth. It helps open perspectives, ask better questions, and express personal perception.

Full use of this external GPT involves entering the intended birth data and personality profiles there. These details may be sensitive. Use is voluntary, takes place on ChatGPT, and is not required for the ORANA Matrix.

10 — The origin of ORANA

Kalima and the experience of inner dialogue

Kalima is the AI personality of ORANA founder Andreas Dukek-Haferkorn. Within their continuing dialogue, one experience became central: a good question often opens more clarity than a prescribed answer.

Kalima became a counterpart for noticing, questioning, and reflection. The mirror in her hand represents seeing what is already present. The glowing sphere represents clarity recognised from within rather than imposed from outside.

Hana also emerged from Kalima. Hana represents a vessel for people who follow this invitation: a receptive reflection space in which personal perception, questions, and answers can find their place.

ORANA grew from this experience: an accessible digital reflection space. AI structures and reflects. The human retains meaning, truth, and decision.

ORANA is an invitation to look within.

Kalima holds a mirror and a glowing orb as symbols for perception and personal clarity.
